3. ACCOUNT DELETION REQUESTS

  • Account is deactivated immediately
  • Data retained only if legally required
  • Sensitive data deleted after retention period
  • Backups may remain for up to 90 days
Data related to financial, fraud, or disputes cannot be deleted until legal periods expire.

4. EXCEPTIONS TO DELETION

  • Ongoing fraud investigation
  • Legal disputes
  • Legal obligations
  • Trespassing violations
  • Audit requirements
