PARKANIZE PRIVACY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Parkanize L.L.C-FZ ("Parkanize", "we", "us", "the Platform") collects, uses, stores, shares, transfers, protects, and retains your Personal Data when you use our mobile application, website, or services.

1.2 By accessing or using Parkanize, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

For Individual Users (Hosts & Renters):

• Selfie for identity verification

• Vehicle details (plate number, model)
• Residency declarations (for Residents-Only listings)
• Uploaded documents (tenancy contract, ownership proof)
• Any support messages or correspondence

For Company Hosts:

• Company Name
• Trade License
• Authorized Person Name
• Authorized Person Emirates ID / Passport
• Company Email
• Company Phone
• Authorization Letter / POA (if applicable)

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

When you use the Platform, we automatically process:

• IP address
• Device type, OS, version
• Device identifiers
• Usage logs (pages viewed, clicks, actions)
• App version and install source
• GPS location (only when you enable it)
• Access logs (garage entry/exit timestamps, when applicable)
• KYC timestamps and verification status
• Booking history and user actions

This is required for fraud prevention, safety, and app functionality.

2.3 Data Collected From Third Parties

We may receive:

• Identity verification data from verification partners
• Payment confirmations from Ziina
• Analytics insights from Google Analytics / Firebase
• Security or incident reports from building management (if applicable)

3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We use Personal Data only for legitimate purposes, including:

3.1 To Operate and Improve the Platform

• Create and maintain user accounts
• Enable bookings and listing management
• Verify user identities and documents
• Prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse

• Charge Renters and transfer payouts to Hosts
• Process refunds, cancellations, fees
• Comply with Ziina and financial regulations

3.3 To Ensure Safety, Compliance and Legal Protection

• Prevent trespassing and unauthorized building access
• Store residency declarations and access logs
• Investigate violations, fraud, or illegal activity
• Comply with government, police, or court orders
• Protect rights of Hosts, Renters, building management, and Parkanize

3.5 For Analytics and Improvements

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We process Personal Data based on:

5. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Parkanize never sells user data. We only share Personal Data when necessary:

5.1 With Hosts or Renters

• Vehicle plate number

Only for the purpose of completing a booking.

• Ziina (payment processing)
• Identity verification providers

• Analytics tools

All providers operate under strict confidentiality agreements.

5.3 With Building Management

Only when required for safety or compliance:

• Reports of trespassing or misuse

5.4 With Law Enforcement or Government

• KYC documents: 5 years after account closure / end of the business relationship, in compliance with UAE AML record-keeping requirements
• Booking history: 7 years
• Access logs: 24 months
• Residency declarations: 24 months
• Financial records: 7 years (legal requirement)
• Analytics data: per provider policies

7.2 Deletion

You may request deletion of your account by contacting Info@parkanize.com. Parkanize will respond to deletion requests within 30 days and will delete your data unless retention is required for:

• Fraud prevention
• Legal compliance
• Dispute resolution

Deletion is performed in accordance with PDPL requirements.

8. USER RIGHTS (UNDER UAE PDPL)

You have the right to:

• Access your data

12. ACCOUNTABILITY & BREACH NOTIFICATION

In the event of a data breach, Parkanize will:

• Notify affected users within 72 hours where required by law
• Take corrective actions

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. For material changes, Parkanize will notify users by in-app notification at least 14 days prior to the effective date. Updates become effective once published on the Platform.

Continued use of Parkanize constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parkanize L.L.C-FZ, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• (a) your use or inability to use the Platform
• (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal data stored therein
• (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
• (d) any other matter relating to the Platform or this Policy

In no event shall Parkanize's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform or this Policy exceed the greater of (a) AED 500 or (b) the total fees paid by you to Parkanize in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parkanize L.L.C-FZ, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• (a) your access to or use of the Platform
• (b) your violation of this Policy or any applicable law
• (c) your provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Policy and any disputes arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such disputes.
